Meet Vibhuti…
For much of my life, I knew how to build, lead, care for others, and keep moving forward.
I created businesses. I raised a family. I took on responsibility, solved problems, and became very good at doing what needed to be done.
From the outside, life could look full and accomplished.
But somewhere along the way, a quieter part of me began asking for something more.
Not more achievement.
More truth.
More connection.
More of me.
My journey into wellness and spirituality wasn't about becoming a different person. It became a process of remembering the person underneath all the roles, expectations, responsibilities, and stories I had accumulated over the years.
I began turning inward.
Through meditation, Reiki, breathwork, ceremonial cacao, spiritual study, and my own healing, I learned to listen differently—to my body, my heart, my intuition, and the quiet knowing that exists beneath all the noise.
And slowly, my relationship with myself began to change.
I started recognizing that healing isn't always about fixing something that is broken. Sometimes it is about creating enough space to hear what has been there all along.
That realization changed the way I see this work.
I don't believe I hold the answers for another person. I believe each of us carries an incredible amount of wisdom within ourselves. But life can become so loud—with expectations, fear, conditioning, responsibilities, and the needs of everyone around us—that we lose touch with it.
Sometimes we simply need a space where we can become quiet enough to remember.
That is the space I hope to create.
Today, my work brings together ceremonial cacao, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, intuitive guidance, and heart-centered practices to support people in reconnecting with themselves.
Whether we meet in a cacao circle, an individual session, or a gathering in community, my intention is the same:
To create a space where you can soften.
Where you can listen.
Where you can feel.
Where you don't have to have everything figured out.
And where you can begin trusting your own inner wisdom again.
My own journey continues to teach me that we don't need to know every step before we move forward. Sometimes we simply need enough clarity to recognize the next one—and enough trust to take it.
I am still learning. Still evolving. Still remembering.
And perhaps that is what this work is ultimately about.
Not becoming someone else.
But coming home to who we have always been.
