Virtual Reiki Session

Experience the restorative space of Reiki from the comfort of your own home.

A Virtual Reiki Session offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and intentionally create space for rest, reflection, and energetic connection—no matter where you are.

We begin our session together virtually with a brief conversation about how you are feeling, what you are currently experiencing, and any intention you would like to bring into our time together.

You will then settle into a comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. I will guide you into the session with gentle breath and intention before offering distance Reiki, a traditional Reiki practice in which the practitioner and recipient do not need to be physically in the same space.

During the session, you may experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotion, mental clarity, or simply a sense of stillness. There is no particular experience you need to have—your only invitation is to rest and receive.

We reconnect at the end of the session for a few moments of integration and, when appropriate, I may share reflections or intuitive impressions that arose during our time together.

Virtual Reiki can be a beautiful option when you are traveling, live outside the area, prefer the comfort and privacy of your own home, or simply want to receive without needing to go anywhere.

A Chakra Balancing Reiki Session is a deeply restorative experience designed to bring greater harmony and balance to your energetic system.

During this session, I work intentionally with the seven main chakras, weaving together Reiki, color, crystals, and essential oils selected to correspond with each energy center. These elements create a layered, sensory experience that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your body and energy.

As you rest comfortably, Reiki is offered throughout the session while crystals are placed on or around the body and color and aromatherapy are incorporated to support the intention of each chakra—from grounding and safety at the root to intuition, expression, compassion, and spiritual connection.

Rather than approaching the chakras as something that needs to be “fixed,” this session is an invitation to notice where your energy may be asking for greater attention, movement, nourishment, or rest.

You may experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, clarity, a sense of grounding, or simply a quiet feeling of coming back into yourself. Every experience is unique.

Your session concludes with time for integration and, when appropriate, reflections or intuitive insights that arose during our time together.

No previous experience with Reiki or the chakra system is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
